Return Period
We handle return requests within 14 days of delivery. Requests after this period may not be accepted.
Conditions for Return
Items must be in original condition. Custom-built garlands are eligible for return only for significant craftsmanship defects.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an artisan error or craftsmanship defect.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, the artisan process may have already begun.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized items and seasonal decor that has been used are generally non-returnable.
Artisan Refund Procedure
Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. We prioritize bold transparency in every transaction.
